Regular Appointments: Monday-Thursday: 8am-7pm Friday: 8am-5pm Urgent Care Appointments Friday: 5pm-7pm Saturday: 9am-12pm Nurse Visits and Lab Draws (by appointment only) Monday - Friday: 7:30am - 4:30pm How can I contact the office? We can be reached at: Phone: (303) 948-1570 Fax: (303) 972-6871 Can I contact anyone after the office has closed? After hours, the provider on call can be reached by calling the office number and pressing 1 when prompted. You will then have the opportunity to leave a message with your name, birth date, phone number to reach you at, and the reason you are calling. The provider on call will be paged and will call you back in the next 10 minutes. |
